Grid connected or off grid, the generation, transmission and consumption of electrical energy presents challenges and opportunities for energy storage technology in equal measure. Much of the focus in this sector leans toward high-power, grid-scale needs, but the less well served market for smaller scale, multi-faceted solutions that sit behind the meter or in off grid applications, is substantial.
Developments in technology, the evolution of energy markets and the importance of sustainable energy policies create a need for more capable and flexible solutions. A great deal of impact can be achieved with energy systems capable of delivering power ranging from 10’s to 100’s of kW and stored energy measured in 100’s kWhs.

Who We Are
The team at OGE have been working together in the battery energy storage sector for some 20 years and have pioneered the development of BESS in both off grid and grid-connected applications. The company provides a platform for the continuation of that work and to apply the extensive experience and know how that has been amassed.
This know-how extends beyond just the technology, to understanding the commercial challenges of the energy sector and how technology and commercial strategy must combine to deliver on the needs of our customers.
